I'm Back, Bitches #likeachamp

LONG POST, but please read. It comes from my heart.
I took a lot of 2016 away from my Beachbody Coach responsibilities. Sure, I ran a couple of groups, took my team on a trip and attended some events, but I didn't give it all I had in the past. Between juggling teaching, helping open Orangetheory and coaching there, and trying to also be present with my husband, family and friends... the online fitness community that was responsible for getting me to this point kinda fell to the wayside.
To my current and past challengers and coaches: I'm sorry. While I'm happy with myself and the balance that I'm finding between life and work, fitness and fun, I'm sorry if you didn't feel the support that I promised you when you trusted me and took the leap with fitness or finance goals. Just so you know: I'm back.
To anyone who's been following along on the journey that I started with fitness in 2009 and more specifically with coaching in 2013: Thanks. Thanks for liking my sweaty selfies, pictures of the same damn chocolate shake for 6 years, and all the delicious food that I've never followed through and given you the recipe for. I hope that some of you have been inspired, motivated, or otherwise as a result.
To anyone who I've met recently through Orangetheory: Maybe you didn't know that I also have a side hustle of helping people dial in nutrition, help them get connected with home fitness programs that can supplement (or get you ready) for more challenging workout modalities. You might also not know that I've gone through all the same struggles you're having. I had tried crossfit, circuit classes, olympic lifting programs, and "just going to the gym" and the thing that FINALLY made me love fitness was the community of amazingly supportive people that I found on social media through Beachbody. Those are the people who lit the fire under me and showed me the value of a coach who is willing to support, push, and BE THERE. This opportunity also afforded my husband and I the ability to purchase a second home in Bend last year, one that I hope to retire myself to in the foreseeable future where we'll start a family and I can do fitness full-time.
For those of you who are annoyed by my posting: I'm sorry that I'm not sorry. There's an unfollow button and as much as I love you all, if our interests and lifestyle don't align anymore: I get it. No hard feelings.
So here's the point of this rant. I'm back, bitches. I'm still a teacher: and I love that. I'm still the Head Coach at Orangetheory Rose Garden: and I couldn't love that more.
But I'm putting back on my Beachbody Coach hat and I'm looking for people who want to commit, recommit, or learn more about what that community looks like and how I can help you reach whatever goals you haven't yet.
If you read this entire thing, hit LIKE so I can personally thank you. While I try to keep things positive on Social Media, I also pride myself on being pretty open to sharing "behind the curtain" because guess what? Nobody's perfect - I'm a work in progress and if you are too, we should connect and work on all those messy parts together. #likeachamp is more than just a hashtag, it's who I am (thanks to my husband for having a cool last name though, that helps).
Message, comment or better yet, shoot me a text: 6619931273 because if you're willing to commit and make a change, I'm willing to spend the next year with you in my pocket as we do this damn thing together.
